Though I did save one more position, it would wreck the continuity to put it here.
Again, maybe this one is too easy, it certainly yields to direct computation very quickly.
I have several possible moves, but one is much better than all the others.

It's like a maze. When are you going down a deadend?
If you take his D7, you're up 25.3 sides. If he then takes your D6, you're up only 19.3 sides; then when you have to take his p20, you've lost.
To take the D7 without losing the D6 requires using your D6 and rerolling a 5 or 6. You've lost 2 out of 3 tries.
So, abandon that deadend!
If you take his p20 with your D20, unless you reroll a 1, he'll take your p12. So now you're up 10.3 sides. Then it becomes a showdown between who rolled higher; your D20 or its D7. I'd gamble this path.
Ick! Poison!
I agree. You will lose 13 sides by capturing all its dice, so you can only lose at most 5 of your own. Hence you have to get rid of the poison. You could try 6-sider takes 7-sider but then there's a 4/6 chance of rolling too low. Much better is your 20-sider to eat the poison, since you're inevitably eating it anyway, and then you have a 19/20 chance of surviving immediately. Then when the 7-sider rerolls, we already know you have 2 or more on the 20-sider, so you have only a (20-sider showing 2) * (7-sider rerolls to 3 5 6 7) + (20 shows 3) * (7-sider rerolls to 4 6 7) + (20 shows 4) * (7-sider shows 5 7) + (20 shows 5) * (7 shows 6) + (20 shows 6) * (7 shows 7) = 11/140 chance of losing. So overall a 19/20 * 129/140 chance of winning, that's not too bad. 87.5% or so.
