Maybe I'm wrong

I could do the speed attack here, and 9 times out of 10 roll high enough to secure a draw. But, I'm finding the New York Button really hard to play (you often lose the z(30) on the very first turn), and can't afford to pass up the possible win, so instead I should ... well, what SHOULD I do? REALLY? and what are my chances, roughly?

I like the idea of capturing the p(20):5 with your p(16):7. If your die happens to reroll to a 15 or 16, then you keep attacking with the p(16) to try to give it away, with the worst case that you maintain your 90% chance of a draw. If it rerolls between a 7 and 14, then you should have a good chance of a win (at worst 80%). If it rerolls 1 - 6, then I think you're looking at roughly a 70% chance of a win.

All in all, that looks much better to me than a flat 90% chance of a draw with no possibility of a win.
