twin die d(6,6) vs. vanilla d12 -- which to reroll?

haven't done the math yet -- and it's probably pretty close -- but the tension to me is hat
the twin die rolls a little higher on average, but also is less likely to roll a "12".

I think that I'd reroll the (6,6) because I'd be looking for rolling 10 or higher, and not the 12.
