which threat is the most serious?

I either have to take the 20-sided speed die showing 13 which is a little scary, or maybe that turbo-option that, now must have been a berserker die once, but now could become 30-sided again -- also rather scary -- or maybe I should take the queer die that (A) currently threatens my only large die and (B) could be taken without rerolling said die.

This situation looks truly full of Doom. I'd keep the [23] safe where it is, and try to make the [17] bigger by using to capture the [7,11]. You're guaranteed to be able to use your [23] to take one of the other large dice on your next turn.
