You need to get both of them in order to win, so it seems like you should go after the [5/6] first, since then you win if you roll a 5 or a 6 (1/3) unless he rolls a 6. If you try the [4/4] first, you have to roll a 6 in order to win, and you've only got a 1/6 chance of that.
